Maxxis National 4x4 Challenge 2011

From our side of the world these trips are never short. We spend more hours on the road than at the actual events, but this time things were a little easier on us thanks tot the Ruschenbaum mobile cinema. Enough complaining about sitting in die van for now.

Rustenburg is always a great event, but the ever growing spectator support and the fans that travel from  far and wide to support their drivers, makes it very, very special. 4x4 is a family friendly sport and its amazing to see father and son, mother and daughter enjoy the daredevil antics of the drivers.
Don’t let that fool you with high powered machines travelling at super speeds there is always a element of danger. The marshals did a incredible job keeping the crowd safe, but camera men are left to their own fate. Luckily it wasn’t there time and we can keeping brining you all the motorcar madness from the Maxxis Nationals.
